The authentic Italian Pizzeria Vasiniko lands in London bringing the classic Campania's dishes and importing contemporary Italian pizza to the United Kingdom for the first time. The unique pizza dough, crafted using the classical Italian biga, is made exclusively of a high percentage of water, flour and yeast.
