Prubechu serves classic flavors and dishes from Guam and the Marianas Islands. Set in an open-air (and tented) heated patio in the heart of San Francisco's Mission District. Huge island flavors, natural wines, local craft beers in an private island-style patio. Come join the party in SF's only Chamorro restaurant. Prubechu started in 2014 by Chef Shawn Naputi and business partner Shawn Camacho. A couple island boys born and raised on Guam with a desire and passion for sharing their Chamorro culture through food and hospitality. Prubechu serves classic flavors and dishes from Guam and the Mariana Islands. Chef Shawn interprets the classics by drawing inspiration from what is available seasonally and locally while maintaining the soul and integrity of each dish.
