The Seth Peterson Cottage was the first, and now one of the few, Frank Lloyd Wright-designed homes available for public overnight rental. The Cottage has enjoyed exceptional year-round use since it opened in 1992. Reservations and maintenance are handled by a rental agency, Sand County Service Company, in nearby Lake Delton, WI. Nestled in the lush woods of Wisconsin’s Mirror Lake State Park, Seth Peterson’s cottage offers privacy and quiet — an opportunity to relax refresh and reflect. You may just want to hibernate with a book or board game by a blazing fire while snowflakes swirl in the pines. Or, you have your choice of hiking, biking, swimming, boating, fishing, golfing on a professional-class course, and, in season, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. Cottage rental includes a canoe, paddles, and life preservers. Firewood is provided.
