If you love Italian cuisine and appreciate the authenticity, Officina 00 is the restaurant for you! We create authentic pasta from traditional Italian recipes used in Italian households and eateries for decades. We do not compromise on the quality and authenticity because these two characteristics are at the core of Italian food that we all love and enjoy. Officina 00 also offers a pasta making workshop in London to those who appreciate the finer things in life. This workshop is an interactive cooking class in which Elia and Enzo teach the art of making artisanal pasta from scratch. We believe that making truly amazing pasta is an art, and we look forward to teach you this art in our hands-on and comprehensive pasta making masterclass. The workshop offers a variety of pasta making masterclasses suitable for anyone wanting to learn the art of pasta making. Officina 00 Fitzrovia will focus on a seasonal menu of artisanal pastas, prepared before diners in a theatre kitchen. Our menu is built around regional traditional Italian recipes which we create using innovative cooking techniques to enhance the flavor and richness of the pasta.
