Caboco
The dishes reflect national Brazilian cuisine, with updated culinary traditions that respect the bold flavors of country kitchens, above all. This is the Brazil you’ve never experienced in Los Angeles.
Caboco is LA’s first modern Brazilian restaurant, and chef Rodrigo Oliveira’s first location outside of Brazil, located in the Arts District. Oliveira along with chef de cuisine, and partner chef Victor Vasconcellos, serve the iconic boteco (pub) bite, torresmo (crackling), mocofava, a hearty northeastern stew, cashew fruit moqueca, and grilled Amazonian fish driven by Brazilian manioc root, tropical flavors, and sharp, fresh caipirinha cocktails.
