A healthy diet can be achieved by combining western and traditional Chinese cuisine using local organic farming. The concept was derived from Chef Ling’s upbringing in China and her extensive international travels and cooking experiences.
Chef Ling came from Fuzhou City, southeast China. Influenced by her grandmother and her home cooking culture, she developed a consuming passion for the art of Chinese cuisine. After becoming a mother, she has gradually focused on healthier cooking and the nutrition of foods. She is very passionate about traditional Chinese culture, especially Chinese opera. She has been promoting the combination of Oriental and Occidental cuisine to join the culinary art and healthy living together. The restaurant's complete concept comes from Chef Ling's inspiration in Beijing.
