We call what we do Savannah-style barbecue. While owner Keith Latture cut his culinary teeth in Memphis, his barbecue fits right in with the eclectic Lowcountry.
Our sauces show off our regional travels — we have a Memphis-style sweet sauce; a zesty, mustard based Savannah sauce; and a spicy, vinegar-based Western North Carolina sauce. Our meats are traditionally seasoned and smoked over a combination of pecan and hickory woods. And our sides are a reflection of what we learned growing up in the South — we make them just like how our grandparents did! We take pride in these simple things. Take heart! Things are looking up.
