Our first tasting room has been open for nearly two years in Nashville, TN and we are now excited to open our second tasting room on Rainey Street in Austin, Texas to showcase our unique approach to whiskey defined by our craft infusion process. In addition to our craft whiskey, we will now be offering a Nashville-inspired food menu to complete the experience including hot chicken, pulled pork, and other delicious food. Our whiskey infusions began as a well-kept secret created by bartenders to share with friends and frequent bar patrons. Standard Proof is 100% real whiskey, distilled, aged in new American oak barrels, and bottled in Tennessee. We are proudly flavored by our infusion process without artificial flavors or colors added. We were #bornbehindthebar, so our highly skilled bartenders took all the guesswork out of making a world class cocktail that is layered with flavors, spices, and nuance only achieved through a process of time.
