Raised in a small village of el Estado de México in a family of fifteen, Eufemia spent most of her time in her mother’s kitchen where she discovered her passion for cooking. She enjoyed making a multitude of dishes from a simple salsa en molcajete to a rich authentic Mexican mole. From her mother's kitchen to working in the culinary field for over 20 years, Eufemia has always wished to accomplish her American Dream of opening her own restaurant. Now, Eufemia and her family welcomes you with joy to Mis Moles Restaurante to share their culture through some of her favorite homemade dishes, especially her flavorful moles.
