Routier, quite simply, aims to be a regional restaurant here in San Francisco while celebrating the French love and value of good food and wine.
Routier is a casual “frenchish” restaurant co-owned by Chef JP Carmona, Pastry Chef Belinda Leong and Michel Suas. JP and Belinda met years ago while they worked in one of the Bay Area’s fine dining restaurants. Belinda and Michel are owners of the wildly popular B Patisserie. What is a traditional routier you ask? “A regional restaurant serving simple and delicious food where the service is prompt and informal.” Routier, quite simply, aims to be a regional restaurant here in San Francisco while celebrating the French love and value of good food and wine.
