'Brasserie' comes from the French word for 'Brewery' and started out as a bar with classic, hearty food and grew into center of community. A Brasserie is a meeting place, somewhere for languid dinners and time long conversations. A place with warm light, cold drinks and friendly faces; the pulse of the neighborhood.
