Chef Yoshiyuki Inoue comes from a plethora of Michelin graced restaurants, and is now individually venturing beyond to bring his skills and his heart from Japan, to your plate. The vision of Sushi Kaneyoshi is the culmination of an exquisite, traditionally-refined menu, modern adoption of Japanese hospitality, and an experience he hopes you will love to immerse yourself in many times over. Sushi Kaneyoshi currently exists within the parking structure on 111 San Pedro Street within the Kajima Office building, which is currently being remodeled to host an explosive array of exploratory Japanese cuisine, infused with the charming flair of LA. Regardless of world events, Chef Yoshi hopes his sushi-ya will provide a sensory escape, back into the world of a fine-dining experience. His omakase, inspired by his sensei, Kuwano Tatsuya, and paired with a modern, yet reminiscent “of old times” sushi bar, will create a memory that should last all of his customers a lifetime.
