Juliet is a new restaurant in the heart of Los Angeles, serving bright, thoughtfully composed dishes with a seafood focus. We apply classic French techniques and global influences to west coast seafood and seasonal produce. We take A lot of pride in our wine program, showcasing hundreds of hand-selected wines from regions across France. We also offer cocktails and select wines by the half glass.
