California bagels inspired by old-school technique.
Unfortunately, Schlok's hasn't added any spaces to their profile on The Vendry.
Our bagels are cold-proofed overnight, then boiled and baked on wooden bagel boards in a revolving tray oven. They are dense but fluffy. They are chewy but with a slightly crunchy crust. Most importantly, they are always freshly baked the morning you buy them.
