Pasture PDX

Pasture is a whole animal butcher shop and restaurant that offers a wide variety of meat cuts, cured products, and sausages. Our goal is to provide Portland with high-quality meat that emphasizes ethical and realistic animal husbandry. We have carefully cultivated relationships with farmers and ranchers who care for the soil and the ecosystem as much as their animals. By striving for regenerative agriculture, we hope to preserve Oregon pastures for generations to come.
