Ahan (ອາຫານ, Lao word meaning food) is the creation of Jamie Hoang and Chuckie Brown. Their goal is to bring Asian-inspired dishes to the Madison restaurant scene using local ingredients. In January of 2020, Ahan pop-ups show great proof of concept. Residence inside The Bur Oak in August of 2020 is Ahan’s subsequent success in their journey. Today Ahan strives to improve its offering through tradition and innovation continuously.
