A restaurant & food concept by Southern Grist Brewing Company inside the East Nashville taproom.
Located within our new space is Lauter, Southern Grist’s first restaurant concept. Andrew Coins, our Executive Chef, offers up an internationally inspired menu with seasonal changes and rotating locally sourced ingredients. The menu features a blend of four to five bar-centric snacks, a half dozen shareable apps and a few larger dishes, which we encourage all to be shared amongst the table. Our lunch menu is served Monday through Friday until 3PM. Our Dinner menu is served from 3PM until one hour before close, with a Late Night abbreviated menu being served for our final hour of kitchen service.
