Birdbox

A team of wild over-thinkers and mild obsessives with kitchen space and far shorter prep lists than we were used to. An idea floated. Seemingly simple. We tried to define the ideal form of fried chicken. We compared notes on the best versions we’d had. We debated personal preferences and family recipes (things got spicy). We dreamt about the Perfect Crunch. Then, we got to work. We serve fried chicken, but we embrace what some might call ‘Quirks’. We call it a regular day in the kitchen. Inspired by farmers who challenge today’s norm by growing food with great care, we are intentional about how we source, cook and serve. Our chickens are healthy and happy. Pretty darn tasty too.
