Yamazushi

We opened in March of 1986 with the mission to serve the most authentic Japanese cuisine in the Triangle. We strive to create a warm and peaceful environment in our small, intimate restaurant. We only serve a handful of patrons per night, allowing us to truly provide the best dining experience. ​We are delighted to feature the traditional Japanese dining, kaiseki. Kaiseki is a multi-course dinner that features a variety of small, artful dishes, prepared only with fresh, in-season ingredients. We also offer the finest Japanese tea, Matcha directly received from Kyoto, Japan. Ours is a truly unique way of enjoying traditional, authentic Japanese cuisine.
