Located in the heart of New York’s bustling Rockefeller Center, Five Acres brings Chef Greg’s defining creative, seasonal ethos to Manhattan for the first time. The a la carte menu features recipes and techniques from Chef’s time at restaurants across the country such as Alinea, Per Se, Blue Hill at Stone Barns, to name a few. Join us for reimagined farm-to-table dishes such as Shrimp Cocktail with French Blue prawns wrapped in feuille de brick and served with cranberry cocktail sauce; Crab Cake with bruleed bone marrow aioli; Grilled Guinea Hen with a salsify hazelnut tart and juniper jus; Chocolate Custard with Huckleberry and Mint; and S’mores.
