Over the years, Veritas has evolved into Columbus’ neighborhood fine dining forefather, known for evoking the natural world in simplified and unexpected new ways - through elevated small plates. Veritas has made its permanent home in the historic Citizens Trust Bank building. This setting offers a unique, modern underground ambiance and the transparency of an all-glass kitchen, inviting guests to seamlessly be a part of the creative culinary process. At Veritas, we believe that the kitchen is a playground and your plate a blank canvas. Each bite should act as a catalyst on a journey of flavor, texture, aesthetic, aptitude, and experimentation. We believe in hard work, staying humble, continued evolution and growth, and the constant pursuit of knowledge. Veritas began as a humble operation North of Columbus, an incubator, where Chef Dalton intended to experiment and develop new recipes.
