About
Situated along a free-flowing creek in outer SE Portland, the garden is an inviting, restorative urban greenspace. The Upper Garden features an entry plaza, aerial tree walk, four-season pollinator garden, and basalt stone sculptural installation. The hillside and lower garden feature native plants, historic Leach plant collections, meandering, wooded trails, and riparian area pathways along Johnson Creek.

Leach Botanical Garden has an amazing preferred list of full-service caterers who look forward to creating a custom menu for your special event. We do not allow self-catering. Drop-off catering is subject to Garden approval. We do have a Catering Buy-Out fee; all outside vendors are subject to Garden approval. Dessert and beverage vendors are not subject to Catering Buy-Out fees, but are subject to Garden approval. Email [email protected] for more details.
Transportation
No Parking on premise
For events after hours, we have a parking lot near the Manor House near the creek. The parking lot near the entrance of the gardens is also open during garden hours. However, parking is limited and we encourage car-pooling and ride-sharing.
