Loft 523
Loft 523 is a joyful tribute. To creativity. To the power of spacious lofts to delight the human spirit. To New Orleans.
Inspired meetings spaces at International House live on the hotel’s second floor, the intersection of Architecture, Art and Technology. Built in 1887, the classical architecture features a monumental statue of Omphale, her epic narrative forever linked to Hercules. Her allegorical female figure reigns atop the building, holding Hercules’ club and wearing his lion skin. Building on the theme, a curated pre-function space is home to the hotel’s internationally recognized Magdalena Gallery. It contains a growing collection of original art which explores the life and legacy of Mary Magdalene and celebrates the divine feminine and power of women generally. Finally, 100 mb wifi, modern A|V technology, handsome furniture by Herman Miller and custom furnishings by designer Lisa Marie Pagano create an uncommonly beautiful, highly functional meeting space designed to stoke creativity.
