Mosquito Supper Club has been operating for 8 years as a pre-paid restaurant. Our philosophy is to be a model for sustainability in the food we procure and the business model we’ve created. We charge what we believe is a fair price so we can offer fair wages to our employees, buy the best possible ingredients and operate sustainably as a small business. Everything from composting our food scraps and recycling, to only operating 4 days a week so we don’t over do it. We only seat a handful of people in one seating each night by choice. We take holidays off. All of these things figure into the price of a reservation with us, the ability to pay a person fairly, to offer health insurance and to survive as a small business. Please consider all those things when you dine with us.
