The Arts and Wellness Center offers space to local service providers that share our mission of improving the mental and physical health of individuals through holistic self-care and wellness programs. Organizations may rent our multi-purpose space, counseling suites or movement room. Bookings may be needed for a one-time rental or a recurring reservation as an AWC Member. Rent meeting or rehearsal space at the Broadmoor Arts & Wellness Center. Located on the second floor of the newly renovated building, the Arts & Wellness Center (AWC) is designed to enrich the community at every life stage by bringing together innovative, creative programs and holistic wellness services in one vibrant collaborative space. The Broadmoor Arts & Wellness Center is available for both public, ticketed shows and private, non-ticketed events. No matter your event, our Office Manager will work closely with you to ensure your event is a success.
