The 3Below renovations were designed by architect Kip Coleman, 3Below’s creative team (led by Scott Evan Guggenheim and Shannon Guggenheim, Co-Creative Directors), and General Contractor Tom Anthony, of AR Construction, in collaboration with Jack NyBlom of Camera 3 Entertainment and Kathleen Powell of Cinequest. Renovation funds were provided by the City of San Jose on behalf of Cinequest, as well as family and friends of Guggenheim Entertainment and ComedySportz San Jose.
