About
Opening as Charlotte's first brewpub in 2012, Heist started as an 8.5-barrel brewery focusing on Belgian and German style brews. Over the years, we have transitioned towards fruited sours, lagers, and hazy IPAs, thanks to our signature IPA: Citraquench'l, and our Pick'n Series. Our kitchen is chef-driven, and focusing on a woodfire oven, sandwiches, and eclectic Heist classics.
