The DIA's historic auditorium, the Detroit Film Theatre, is unlike anywhere else in Metro Detroit, with state-of-the-art projection, luxurious seats, and original décor from 1927. The DFT is perfect for large meetings and conferences.

Museum Parking Lot A lighted, secured parking lot is located behind the DIA on John R St., south of Kirby St. and north of Warren Ave. Daily parking rate is $7 Cash and credit cards accepted. Street Parking Metered street parking operated by the City of Detroit is available around the DIA and limited to a maximum stay of two hours. To avoid leaving earlier than desired, we recommend downloading the Park Detroit app to extend your stay remotely.
