Long-time restaurateurs since WAY back in '80s, local residents John + Holly Smith felt that the Willow Glen area of San Jose needed a quality steak-burger- -barbecue place that also offered a unique type of upscale ambiance with a laid back and comfortable feel. Thus came along Dry Creek Grill. Prime steaks, super slow cooked barbecue, burgers that use meat ground in house, fresh fish, fun appetizers, hand mixed cocktails, wine and beer that creates an experience like no other.
