Our Menu respects the many traditions that have grown from the countryside of Southern Brazil. We are an authentic Brazilian steakhouse with South American flair focusing on the Churrascaria style restaurant. Blending a traditional Brazilian style steakhouse with elements of Argentinian cuisine. Originally from Brazil, the husband and wife team behind 12 Cuts, moved to the United States in 1997 to help debut Fogo de Chão’s first American location in Addison, Texas. After 20+ years with the restaurant, Juarez DeConto and Alda Boiani in partnership with De Jair Zuliani were ready to create their own version of a churrascaria with a unique twist. We will focus on Brazilian and Argentinian prime cuts of meat, organic salad bar offerings, specialty sides and homemade dessert. Open for lunch and dinner daily, 12 Cuts will offer guests a traditional churrascaria experience, as well as ala carte options. For a lighter meal, diners can opt for the salad bar only.
