Owner/Chef Tatsu Aikawa and the Tatsu-Ya Family are thrilled to announce the opening of DipDipDip Tatsu-Ya. DipDipDip is a new-school take on traditional shabu-shabu. Shabu-shabu is a Japanese nabemono hot pot dining experience where thinly sliced meats, vegetables and other delicacies are cooked in simmering broth at the table and then dipped into flavorful sauces.
