Arnette's Chop Shop

The restaurant’s interior was created to compliment the industrial modern design movement, exposing the natural character of the reclaimed warehouse while blending vintage, classic and modern design influences. The entrance and host area is home to ARNETTE’s knife club library — a spectacular display of club member’s knife pouches stored for guest dining. The knife club creates a special dining experience exclusive to members, where custom engraved knives are presented table side at each dining occasion. The restaurant is split into two levels. The dining room is appointed with custom wood and leather booths, banquettes and tables and features a 15 foot by 5 foot artistic expression of a longhorn painted by Carrie Penley. The main level also boasts an open kitchen complete with a custom built wood burning and open flame hearth and charbroiler. Guests can dine in front of the open hearth at a custom serpentine double chef’s booth.
