Parking on premise
Valet service is required due to limited parking. We contract directly with Butler Valet for all events, and can accommodate a maximum of 50 vehicles onsite. It is possible to waive the valet requirement if you have hired a shuttle exclusively for all of your guests.
Furniture
Furniture included
We offer all of our furniture and JM Decor for your event at a per-person rental. We have Rustic Wood Farm tables, 60" round tables, Chiavari chairs along with our glass-topped wine barrels, stools, and other antique furniture for you to choose from. Your planner and/or caterer will assist you with other rentals.
Availability
We are able to host daytime meetings and events Monday-Wednesday, with evening availability throughout the week. Please reach out and we would love to explore options with you!
Noise Restrictions
Amplified music must cease by 10pm outdoors, but the party can continue in our indoor spaces until the event end time!
Cleaning and Trash Removal
All event trash and cleaning will be handled by catering.
Permits and Insurance
We require a Banquet Permit and Event Liability Insurance for all events.
