Mayflower Park Hotel came to being on July 16th, 1927 and is celebrating 95 years as a Seattle historic gem. Throughout the 95 years, the Mayflower Park Hotel has been managed by local owners and still is to this day. We invite Seattleites and tourists alike to join us in celebration, not only of our history but our continued community involvement in Seattle! We look forward to seeing guests from near and far during this special time. When staying with us, we invite you to stop by our fourth avenue entrance where you will find a historic picture gallery. Also, our very own book, ‘Seattle’s Mayflower Park Hotel’, is a tribute to Seattle, the hotel and local owners, Birney and Marie Dempcy and available to purchase at the front desk.
