The Lanai and Sunset Deck on the fifth floor are two beautifully landscaped open air spaces. Each deck offers 19,000 sq. ft. of flexible space. This space is ideal for social gatherings, banquets, ceremony or themed private events. Tenting and open air canopies are permittable. Each deck has two, 60 amp/3 phase, 5 wire 208 v.
