Six weeks’ notice is required to ensure the return of the full deposit to the Client. If less notice is given, the Venue may withhold all or part of the deposit and may require the client to cover the estimated event costs based on the notice period. The client understands that cancellations reflect a loss of revenue for the restaurant. All cancellations must be in writing. An 8% cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds. The cancellation fee will be detracted from the refund amount due.
