Bricolage is a contemporary Vietnamese restaurant offering three aspects of Vietnamese food - traditional family, traditional street, and the French influence on Vietnamese cuisine. Bricolage was designed by an international artist (Miro Gal). It is constructed as an art installation that pays tribute to influential artists from the past 50 years. The entire space is hand-built with recycled vintage materials only. The wood and steel used to build Bricolage were sourced from an old water tower in Brooklyn. In French, bricolage means an assembly of objects that were once valued, used and then discarded. The bricoleur is an artist who collects and repurposes old objects in order to restore their cultural value.
Unfortunately, Bricolage hasn't added any spaces to their profile on The Vendry.
