Inspired by the city’s rich diversity and vibrant mix of world influences, Founder, Metodija Mihajlov, designed the restaurant to take diners on a tasting tour across the globe. An acclaimed East Coast Restaurateur, Mihajlov, has worked in the industry for over eight years opening notable NYC establishments such as Olio e Piu, Dominique’s Bistro, Whynot Coffee and Boucherie. Partners Miljan Komnenic and Igor Drca bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience in wine and spirits, hospitality and executing incredible food experiences.
