Take your tastebuds on an international trip at The Consulate, a new exotic restaurant and cocktail bar that aims to surprise and inspire patrons with a unique rotating monthly menu that highlights different countries’ cultures. Inspired by the city’s rich diversity and vibrant mix of world influences, Founder, Metodija Mihajlov, designed the restaurant to take diners on a tasting tour across the globe. An acclaimed East Coast Restaurateur, Mihajlov, has worked in the industry for over eight years opening notable NYC establishments such as Olio e Piu, Dominique’s Bistro, Whynot Coffee and Boucherie. Partners Miljan Komnenic and Igor Drca bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience in wine and spirits, hospitality and executing incredible food experiences.
