The Buffalo Club

This summer, we are launching a dual restaurant concept which will offer our guests the choice of two entirely different dining experiences. The Iroquois Room, our fashionably elegant inside dining room, will feature a more sophisticated, classic dining experience. The new menu will offer a number of Buffalo Club favorites, and will also introduce tableside service. Our Texas dry rub Tomahawk Chop, Dover Sole roasted on the bone and international cheeses from our custom gueridon will be among the dishes prepared tableside. The Iroquois Room will also offer a premium Scotch and Whiskey Bar which will feature some of the finest small batch producers in the world. Additionally, we have recently acquired and installed a number of stunning landscapes from the 19th century Hudson River School movement: Iroquois Room diners will have the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely meal in a classic setting; jackets required for gentlemen.
