This space is a 1,050 square foot multi-use space available to rent by hour or by day, for trainings or meetings, photo shoots and small productions. With thoughtful modern furnishings and versatile aesthetics, the space is designed to be flexible to the needs of creatives, production companies, small businesses, and community organizations. Our doors are open to anyone committed to gathering in the spirit of community, originality, and safe and respectful dialogue. Our space does not have a kitchen. However, we do allow food and beverage into the space. If you are interested in using the space for a gathering or event, we have a list of recommended food and beverage vendors that we are happy to provide.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities, including abiding by all COVID-19 safety precautions. High touch surfaces and shared amenities are routinely disinfected in the bathrooms, entrances and all other common areas. Bookings are scheduled to allow for enhanced cleaning before the next booking Restrooms are equipped with soap, warm water, paper towels and hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. All trash is replaced and new linings are added upon completion of each booking.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
