Our bar is meant to invoke a similar space and feeling to Gem. We’re focusing on low-intervention winemakers and serving a menu of small dishes. The wine bar is open Monday through Friday, from 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Walk-in only. We will also be open for casual lunch on Saturday at Gem Wine from 12-2:00 and will be walk-in only, starting in May. Our set, 4-dish $40 menu will be mostly vegetarian, with occasional seafood and meat dishes. A constantly-changing selection of special wines by the glass wines from our cellar will also be offered, as well as the full wine bar bottle list.
