As guided by the LA County Health Department Protocol, to utilize a private room exclusively, all guests must meet one of the following requirements: 1) Fully Vaccinated - need to provide proof of vaccination card and ID to match the name. Fully vaccinated as defined by health department is 2 weeks after getting the 2nd dose 2) Guests presents a negative test result. PCR or swab test is at least 72 hours for antigen test at least 24 hours prior to the event
