MESH space is located at 1918 S Pacific Coast Highway, Redondo Beach 90277. Nearest cross streets are PCH x Prospect. Free and ample parking available directly in front along PCH, as well as in our covered garage, One South. Hope to see you soon!

All furniture on site is available for guests to use or rearrange.

MESH Space is located in a mixed-use commercial/residential zoned property (MU-3A). It is attached to the One South condominium complex; therefore, HOA rules prohibit events past 10 pm.

Flexible with Grace Period Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

The double door at the entrance and mobile interior glass partitions can be opened for easy loading access.

We can provide end-to-end event coordination for a fee, or send a couple vendor names for you to coordinate with. We do require insurance coverage for potential damages and/or overages that may occur during private events at MESH space. Client/vendor shall provide and maintain General Liability Insurance or Special Event Liability Insurance three (3) days prior to their event. If insurance cannot be provided, a credit card will be held for damages, overages, etc. should they occur.
