At Spice Finch, Executive Chef and Philadelphia-native Jennifer Carroll combines her expertise in French technique from nine years at Le Bernardin and 10 Arts Bistro & Lounge under Chef Eric Ripert with the skills learned working with Chef Marcus Samuelsson at Red Rooster, where she honed in on elevated comfort food coupled with down-to-earth hospitality. Her years in these iconic kitchens have shaped the menu and culinary vision for Spice Finch, where she and co-Executive Chef Billy Riddle display their knowledge and appreciation for Mediterranean flavors. We offer expertly crafted classics, playful cocktails and frozen seasonal drinks. Signature cocktail, Rest in Pete’s, is a vodka and prosecco charmer featuring preserved lemon with exotic accents of turmeric, saffron and sumac. Relax at brunch with a refreshing, Hibiscus Lemonade or enjoy a thoughtfully curated glass of wine that pairs perfectly with your meal. Pitchers of seasonal cocktails are available in both NA and spiked versions.
