Her years in these iconic kitchens have shaped the menu and culinary vision for Spice Finch, where she and co-Executive Chef Billy Riddle display their knowledge and appreciation for Mediterranean flavors. We offer expertly crafted classics, playful cocktails and frozen seasonal drinks. Signature cocktail, Rest in Pete’s, is a vodka and prosecco charmer featuring preserved lemon with exotic accents of turmeric, saffron and sumac.
