Health & Safety
Masks, scarves, or bandanas are required when medically tolerable. The Market Facilities Team has increased the frequency and vigor of common cleaning practices, as well as introduced new ones to reduce the amount of time between surface disinfection and cleaning. The Downtown Market deep cleans and sanitizes all common areas (both public and private) upon closing every evening. This includes but is not limited to restrooms, elevators, stairwells, employee and public entries/exits, employee and public hallways and aisles, loading dock, custodial areas, equipment, offices, and more.
Transportation
• Parking vouchers valid for the event date and time are available for purchase in advance of the event and will be billed post-event. • Reserved parking is available in certain situations for an additional fee. • Event attendees have the option to park in the lot for standard rates. • Valet service is available. Tables and chairs set to your layout are included with rental.
Cancellations
The Renter must promptly notify Downtown Market in writing or by email if it becomes necessary to cancel event. Except in the case of cancellation resulting from a Force Majeure Condition, the 50% deposit required to reserve the event date and space will be forfeited. If Renter cancels within thirty (30) days of the event, except in the case of cancellation resulting from a Force Majeure Condition, Renter will forfeit all facility rental fees paid.
Permits and Insurance
• Special event liability insurance is required for all rentals. Event liability insurance is available at: www.theeventhelper.com or through your insurance carrier. • The Downtown Market is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
