The Museum offers a range of audio/visual services that can be tailored to the specific requirements of the occasion. In addition to our extensive audio/visual services, the Museum also offers Internet connectivity, fire in the urns at the entrance of the Mark Building, fly-points in the Kridel Ballroom, extra power and many other features.
There's parking available. In addition to metered street parking, City Center Parking manages the parking lots adjacent to the Museum at the corner of SW Park Avenue and Main Street. To reserve a portion of the lot, please call 503-221-1666, ext. 9 or, for valet parking, call 503-803-3959.
In order to secure space, the Portland Art Museum requires a signed contract, reservation forms and a deposit of 50% of the facility fee. Event spaces may be rented from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m., or 3 p.m. – 2 a.m. The facility fee will include an on-site Production Manager, staffed coat check (as necessary), full complement of chairs and tables, and room set-up and strike.
A deposit of 50% of the facility fee is required within 30 days of your space reservation. Deposit is refundable, less a $200 administrative fee, if cancellation occurs more than 150 days prior to event date.
