The Producer’s Loft Studio has hosted numerous screenings and fundraising events for filmmakers and artists needing the perfect combination of stylish event space. Every rental includes a powerful audio system, HD video projection, matched seating and an incredible 5-star gourmet Kitchen, perfect for serving after show appetizers and beverages. In addition, our highly experienced staff will guide and support you in delivering a seamless and smooth Offsite experience for your attendees.

Cancellations
Bookings are a 100% commitment between the Venue and the Renter. Therefore, per our policy, all cancellations will incur a 100% cancelation fee.

Garage only. Day of event only.
Cleaning and Trash Removal
$150./cleaning fee (PER DAY) Garbage cans provided (No large cardboard boxes or mass packing materials)
