Fair Market

Fair Market works with an exclusive list of caterers and bar providers coordinated by the client.

Fair Market has a list of recommended talented AV & Sound Vendors who have experience working at the venue.

There are 3+ public parking garages within three city blocks of Fair Market. There is also ample street parking and an open air lot in the immediate vicinity. Fair Market is also able to reserve several parking spaces through the city for shuttle staging - pending city review.

Convenient loading access is available through the southwest garage entrance. Vehicles can pull directly onto the loading ramp to unload, but must completely unload and then exit the building to park in approved areas. Vehicles may not block the city sidewalks at any time. All load in and delivery activities must take place within your contracted venue access hours, including receiving shipments/freight and vendor arrivals.
