Flame, a modern mountain steakhouse helmed by Executive Chef Simon Purvis, is one of Vail's most sought-after culinary destinations serving signature dishes that include the Chilled Shellfish Tower, Rocky Mountain Elk Loin, Crispy Skinned Colorado Trout and now a broad new selection of vegetarian dishes. An extension of Flame Steakhouse, Elk Bar will offer an apres experience including handmade cocktails from the Flame menu. This venue is also available for private dining.
