The Kitchen is a Michelin-starred restaurant serving an eight-course prix fixe dinner menu based upon a weekly seasonal framework and featuring the best and freshest ingredients available daily, most of which are procured locally and regionally. The executive chef and staff present the meal in a lively, theatrical demonstration format. Upon arrival, we welcome our guests to relax, order libations, snack on hors d’oeuvres, and relax on the patio. As dinner begins, please feel free to ask about our vintage cellar, selections of spirits, as well as our vibrant and seasonal handcrafted alcohol-free beverages.
